Had an amazing meal at Bangor Tandoori! The curries were next-level—so much choice and every single one packed with flavour. The naan was fluffy and perfect for scooping up all that delicious sauce, and the biryani was absolutely banging. Even the poppadoms and chutneys came out swinging. We ordered a bit of everything and it turned into a full-on feast... zero regrets (except maybe not wearing stretchy trousers). Great food, chill vibes—definitely coming back!
A happy find as a South asian. The food was excellent, freshly made, and the staff were welcoming. Each dish was well and accurately described on their menu so you know exactly the spice level you are signing up for The chai (Indian tea) was also freshly brewed 5/5, which I was delighted by. Highly recommend
Oh my, this was soooo good! Google did not steer us wrong when we chose Bangor Tandoori Restaurant. The previous reviewers are spot on. The food was incredible, the staff were super nice. The atmosphere is really lovely. 10/10, this was a great meal.
We had one night in Bangor and spent ages trying to decide where to eat. We were so glad we chose here. I've had dozens of currys in different cities across the UK and this may have been the best ever. My son's jaw dropped at how good it was and didn't want to leave. A real gem of a find that we absolutely loved. The food was wonderful, the service felt warm and friendly and we loved the classy curry house ambience.
It was our first time trying this restaurant and we ordered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The taste was absolutely amazing! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a works meal out tonight with six people. The first time of visiting, too. We had different meals each and swapped bits to try everything. Every dish was gorgeous. The naans were a perfect size. The service was brilliant.....a lovely gap between popadoms and main course. I will be taking my hubbie in the near future. Just perfect. Thank you!
